Gardenville has been home to many popular bars and restaurants. Included would be the Deerhead Inn, Heritage Inn, Werners, and Christies.
Here is a photo of John Kauderer, behind the bar, who was appointed town sealer in 1887. The first liquor license, in West Seneca was issued in 1852, and cost $5.00.
